If the number or size of items changes, additional items are added, the addresses change, access is significantly different from the information provided, or additional work is requested, the original quotation may need to be adjusted.
We will always aim to explain any additional charge before carrying out additional work wherever reasonably possible.

Two Men & Van Service
Our standard Two Men & Van service includes two movers and a suitable van. Our team handles the carrying, loading, transportation and unloading of the agreed items, so the customer does not need to assist with lifting.
Unless specifically included in your quotation, packing, unpacking, furniture dismantling and furniture reassembly are not automatically included in the standard Two Men & Van price.
These services can be requested separately and may involve additional time and cost.
Packing, Dismantling & Reassembly
Customers who require packing, furniture dismantling or reassembly should tell us before the move.
Where these additional services are requested, we will assess the work required and provide an appropriate quotation.
Some furniture may not be suitable for dismantling or reassembly because of its construction, condition, previous damage or manufacturer design. Our team may decline to dismantle or reassemble an item where we reasonably believe doing so could cause damage or create a safety risk.
Fragile, Valuable & Existing Damaged Items
Customers should tell us before the move about fragile, particularly valuable, unusually heavy or already damaged items.
Where possible, existing scratches, cracks, loose parts or other damage should be identified before loading.
Items such as televisions, mirrors, glass furniture, artwork, electronics and other fragile belongings should be appropriately protected or packed before transportation unless packing has been booked as part of our service.
Photographs at Collection & Delivery
To help maintain an accurate record of the move and protect both the customer and our team, photographs may be taken of relevant items at the collection address and/or after delivery.
Photographs may record the condition of an item before transportation, its condition following delivery, existing damage, loading arrangements or other information relevant to the moving service.
Where photographs contain personal information, they should only be used and retained for legitimate business purposes, such as administering the service or dealing with a complaint or dispute, and handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
UK data-protection rules require businesses processing personal information to have an appropriate lawful basis and to explain how that information is used.
Property Access & Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing correct information about access at both addresses.
Please tell us in advance about stairs, narrow doors or hallways, restricted parking, lifts, long walking distances or unusually large or heavy items.
The customer should also ensure that we have permission to enter the collection and delivery properties and that access is available at the agreed time.
If access is unavailable, the customer is not ready, or significant information was not provided before booking, additional waiting time or work may result in an additional reasonable charge.
Delays & Arrival Times
We always aim to arrive at the agreed time. However, moving and transport services can sometimes be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, vehicle problems, delays at previous jobs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and provide an update.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any applicable cancellation charge will be reasonable and will take account of the circumstances of the booking and costs or losses reasonably incurred as a result of the cancellation.
UK consumer guidance makes clear that simply putting a cancellation charge into terms does not automatically make it fair; cancellation charges must be reasonable.
Problems, Damage & Complaints
If you believe that an item or property has been damaged during our service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your booking details, a description of the issue and clear photographs where available. We may compare these with photographs or other records from collection and delivery to help understand what happened.
We will review genuine concerns fairly and communicate with the customer to seek an appropriate resolution.
Customers should keep damaged items and relevant evidence available while a complaint is being reviewed and should not dispose of an item where doing so would prevent reasonable assessment of the reported damage.
Safety
Our team reserves the right to stop or refuse any activity that would create an unreasonable safety risk to our workers, the customer, the public, the property or the items being moved.
Extremely heavy, unsafe, prohibited or incorrectly described items may require additional equipment, additional workers or a separate arrangement before they can be moved.
